The are two different wires for the light meter and the battery check. You have to take the top cap off and to inspect the wiring at the battery compartment. Lifting the top cap off is not too difficult but pay attention on a tiny pin which is inside of the PC connector. Do not loose it. Furthermore there are some springs and knobs which might get lost in the moment the cap comes off. Good luck.
