If it's a common problem, it's one that I have not encountered yet; but it's an easy fix. You might try emailing the folks at www.zuiko.com to see if they have any spare levers and hub screws, it MIGHT be cheaper than buying another camera to get the parts. Similarly, replacing a bent filter ring would involve buying a second lens with an unbent ring. With f/1.8 lenses running around $25 apiece, it might be simpler to just use the undamaged lens rather than trying to swap parts from it. The ring can also be straightened - possibly not to cosmetic perfection but usually well enough to be able to mount filters on it.
