i,m eyeing a very clean omG with 50mm 1.8 lens this camera uses zukio om system lenses. everything checks out it,s battery controled automatic mode withmanual mode. does it need battery,s for use of manual override mode. i checked out everything else on camera guess i should have removed battery,s and answered my own question. their is sliver of glass light seal on top of viewer glass that can be bumped out view of focusing. not sure if it would cause light seal leak or not. is om g model as desireable as other models of om. i have olympus omn2 that i,d boughten with 3 lenses and motor drive earlier this year for 40.00 not bad find. they want 30.00 for omg that to me still not bad i,d just be adding it to herd i just hate to pass up good deal. any user input appreciated.
