The diaphragm blades are reached from the front - unscrew the ID ring, then the front lens cell, then the aperture ring will come off. The diaphragm blades will come out as individual pieces, clean them with lighter fluid on a cotton swab and reinstall. That may not be enough though: you may find oil all over, on the barrel where the blades sit, and on the linkage from the lens mount to the diaphragm. The latter has to be accessed from the rear by removing the mounting flange. Everything should be clean and dry to run correctly.
