maybe it's a Rodenstock very close to the one here:

Shutter is different but that is not so uncommon with cameras from that time. You often find different shutter/lenses in else similar cameras - availability and/or price is the reason.
What is really close on both cameras I think is the shape of the metal parts of the door/folding mechanism.
Do you have more photos of your camera?
It could also come from a different manufacturer but I'd think it is most likely a German one (like Beier, Franka, Balda etc.) I don't think it's a Voigtländer or an Agfa.
