Dismantling a Helios lens is pretty straight forward and simple. I modify all of mine so that the F stops are smooth without the detent clicking. There are 4 screws holding on the screw mount. Remove them and gently lift off the screw mount, being careful not to lose the small ball bearing that will drop out - it's not spring loaded. The aperature ring lifts off quite easily and will give you access to the focusing ring. I've never had to remove the focusing ring, but examine it and try to turn it without the aperature ring attached. You may be able to place a little lighter fluid under it to try and free it up.
