Ok i recently got a hand-me-down Minolta XG-SE. i thought at first i needed only film and a battery. but i noticed that the film advance lever moves freely, no resistance at all. I pulled it out, and it's stripped. Now, my problem is that i cannot find even a picture of what it should look like, let alone a replacement.

I'd much rather fix it myself, then take it to a shop. I have a pretty high amount of technical know-how and the tools to re shape the lever. but i have no idea what it needs to look like.

I'm very frustrated because i want this camera to work and after a few days of looking around i cannot find anything.

Does anyone have this camera and can take a high-res close up picture of what the bottom part of the lever looks like?

Or does anyone know where i could buy one of these levers from? I doubt that they even produce them anymore, but maybe some store bought up a bunch of them.

let me know if you need any images of the camera. I'm desperate!
