Hi,
I have found the following:

It's Italian only but from what I understand the Robi was manufactured by the Italian camera maker CMF in the mid 30ies (together with a 6x4.5 sister camera called Gabri). The names originally were Gabry and Roby but had to be italianized by order of the fascist regime. The Robi sports a 10.5cm/f=11 meniscus lens with fixed focus.

Here another link with some more pictures of the camera. (CMF became Bencini after WWII). Being able to read Japanese(?) would help with this page.
