On automatic however, the shutter speed is change appropriately. It has been suggested that cleaning some of the variable resistors, or contacts under the shutter release may fix the problem. So I have two questions: 1) Is it likely that this will help? 2) Can somebody point me to, or give me instructions to remove the top plate (or shutter release/speed wheel), and tell me what I need to clean?
