First thing to do is set the sutter speed on "B" and the film speed on 3200, do this before anything else.
The pinfaced screw on top of the advance lever should unscrew anti-clockwise,use a rubber pad or fine pointed pliers
Under the lever is another pinfaced screw,now remove that.
Now lift the back of the speed dial (where 1000 is on the dial) slightly and turn the dial clockwise so the "B" is now at the front of the camera.
You are now there the top can now be removed.
