I had purchased an "as-is" Rolleiflex that is in great condition and also has a Planar lens. But, the shutter doesn't fire. Maybe that's because there's no shutter? I can see straight through the taking lens. There are no shutter blades visible.

Could it be that they are stuck in the open position? If so, where are they located in the lens? I have a picture with the front element unscrewed and you can see inside the area where I suppose the shutter blades go. Can someone help?

I paid $180 for this camera because it's in such great shape and it has the awesome Planar. I hope it's not just a $180 piece of junk.
