I would have thought removing the rear lens and then the lens retaining ring would allow the base and the shutter to be separated. In this photo you can see what looks to be the shutter body retaining ring (the outer threaded cylinder with the 4 notches), but it just doesn't want to move. Is this the retaining ring, should it move? Or is it just very tight. Cheers Greg
