Just wondering if any of the experienced people have had to replace seals and foam in a camera twice (for seals going bad reasons). I have had to replace seals of a camera from around 1975. So that gives a figure of around 20~25 years, with the foam used at time. I wonder how long would the new foam last. I did put wool yarn in place of back door seals though. So I assume that will last longer than the foam I used for the mirror damper. |
