Hello all! So glad I found this site :-).

Okay so basically I'm 18 and relatively new to this camera business, I have a Canon eos 400d which I'm gradually getting accustomed to, however have expressed an interest in film photography for a while. My grandfather gave me his old Olympus OM10 yesterday and we had a little play around with it. (It had no film in it). But generally it seemed to work.

However, I have got it home now and the viewfinder seems to be very dark. When I flick to the 'on' button the red light does not show up & the film lever will only go so far.

Anyone got any ideas what could be the problem?
