Thanks Chris!! To Steve: I haven't gotten to the retina repair yet as I am still working on a couple Konica Auto S2's that I have. I am not 100% sure it is fungus, but I recently had obtained a IIIc on that auction website that had a very clear and obvious fungus problem even though the seller specifically stated that it had no fungus - it was real bad with lots of little spidery tendrils of fungus growing all over the inside of the lens. I sent it back to the seller for a refund and he simply re-listed the camera and removed the statement about "no fungus" in the listing - pretty sneaky. Speaking of fungus - it's mushrooming season again in Northern California, and I am hoping to go out this weekend foraging! |
