Author Message   Winfried Rating: N/A Votes: 0 Posted on Sunday, February 08, 2004 - 03:15 am:    I think the ECR has the Seiko ESF shutter which is used (with some modifications) on the Hi-Matic E, Petri Computor, and some others. This shutter works only with batteries inserted. Most of these cameras were designed to accept PX640 mercury cells but for a rough test PX625 alkali cells plus spacers to fill up the battery chamber will do.
