For your other problem, it might be best to start by removing the escapement and delay gear sets, and watching the actions to see if you can locate where it is hanging up. And clean everything again, while you have the gear sets out. You may not have gotten all the crud out, and it migrated somewhere else. Don't worry about lubing this shutter, it's supposed to run dry. PF
