I am trying to clean an old (and very dirty) 55mm f/1.8 Auto-Yashinon lense. I screwed off the elements in the front of the diaphram (came off in one piece), cleaned the outer surfaces but there is still something inside which may be fungus. I am wondering whether there is a way to seperate the individual lenses that may have dirt (or fungus) in between. Is there a way to screw them off (I tried but could not do it) or are they cemented together?

I also need to lube the aperture setting ring, it is very hard to move it. What kind of lubricant should I use? (Surprisingly the aperture blades themselves work fine)

Anyone out there familiar with this lense?
