Good morning Craig - sorry about the delay, I finally remembered where I had seen belt material that may work for the Elmo, at least for the reels, don't know about the fan/shutter drive, on my Elmo that's a small V belt. I haven't used the material (yet), or purchased anything from Small Parts. I got lucky, my Elmo had good belts and a carefull CLA got it running again. Solid design and easy to work on.
