The shutter curtains of a Nikon F are made of titanium, which is quite hard to damage. However accidental pressure may wrinkle or crease them as you describe. In fact my Nikon F has wrinkled curtains like this! It will not effect the operation of the camera unless there has been enough force to dislodge the curtains from their grooves.
