One reason why I only collect the first series of A1 cameras. Do not consider getting the camera repaired - you will get a mint replacement cheaper, even from a dealer! Get rid of that 25 watt iron and get a 10 watt controllable one and some 0.5/0.8mm solder. Have a go at bridging the breaks/reconnecting. However this type of repair is difficult. Sorry I cannot give you more encouraging advice.
