I am trying to clean up some minor mould growth on my Canon FD 70-210 F4. So far I have got the front cell out, and the first zoom group, all available from the front, but the affected element is the second surface of the next cell in the zoom group.

So far I haven't had to remove the rubber from the grip, and its always tricky to get the rubber to go on again and look OK. I've undone the screws that hold the focus helicoid and this is also free now, but I cant work out how to get the next zoom group out.

Does anyone know the sequence for this? I'd like to keep the lens looking good, as its more or less mint except for the haze on this element.

many thanks for any help!

Kevin.
