Happily, most of my cameras have little plastic in them. I think my X-700 is the only one with a comparatively large amount of plastic in it. They stay in a room with good ventilation and it's fairly dry here. The strange thing is their references to cellulose nitrate and acetate and how museums stored them. Cine film collectors know all about this and have for decades, but apparently some museums haven't. |
