I opened the Synchro-Compur shutter on a Kodak Retina IB just to lube the axles on the gears, but the cocking ring came loose and it's spring. I'm not sure how it should be placed:

Here, it has a tab that looks like it should go in the groove, but it can't go all the way down:

The teeth can't reach the bronze cogwheel that cocks the shutter?

The tab has a hole, what's it for?

And, the spring, on which pin should it sit? I guess I put it on the wrong one here?
