Have you tried the alternatives? Some have used wide rubber bands to grip the ring. Some have also used a length of insulated wire wrapped around and to a pair of needle nose pliers to provide grip and leverage. You can fabricate the flexi by cutting one out of plastic and using the rubber band to grip the ring. Signet 35's are inexpensive, pretty plentiful and the Kodak 300 shutters are not the most reliable. My father had one that I used to learn photography. |
