on the rolleiflexes and rolleicords (besides the very first ones i think) there is always that locking mechnism for the back door: you first swing over the locking arm and then rotate the thing around the tripod mount to tighten the lock and fix it. most rolleiflexes and rolleicords i have seen so far seem to lock somehow in the end position of that rotation, just my rolleiflex does not seem to do so. so my question is: how that locking at the end position of the rotation of the thing around the tripod mount is done? is there a ball somewhere or something similar? thanks for any information or hints and best wishes thomas |
