To remove the wind lever, you unscrew the cap on top of it: stick a piece of double-sided foam adhesive tape to it to get a grip and twist counter-clockwise. Unscrew the 2-hole pin face screw in the center of the shutter speed dial and lift the dial off.

On the left side, insert something into the fork at the bottom of the rewind shaft to keep it from turning, then flip out the rewind crank and turn it counter-clockwise to unscrew it from the top of the shaft. Under that you'll find a spanner nut that you unscrew (counter-clockwise again) with a pin spanner.

The rest of it is just regular screws.
