Without a lot of back tracking, I ran across a comment about a scratched lens. I just about ten minutes back ran across this on a web site about cheap or misrepresented lens quality & I'll put the link here: http://www.zeisscamera.com/first.shtml They also warn about not buying some cameras from the NETHERLANDS, so anyone interested should take a gander. Gez, it appears that the Canon FTb also put a beam splitter in the condenser lens to send to the CDS cell also. This seams to make the micro-prism focussing a little dim. Maybe it is just me.
