Yes, on most Japanese RFs of this era, if there's any problem with the aperture or shutter blades, you begin by taking the whole shutter off, and then disassemble from the rear.

If one blade is not behaving symmetrically, it may likely have a broken pivot. Even if it just needs to be fit back into its slot, it will still be a very tedious job to fix. But do-able!
