OK, the jamming winding knob is fixed. Followed Rick's detail note to clear the jammed shutter and the knob was still jammed. So, I opened the top. After removing the winding knob assembly and moving the gears back and forth several times, a tiny screw failed off. Someone got to it before I did.

The camera is back to its working order. I am now waiting for the curtain material and will let everyone know how it works out. Thanks for everyone's help.
