Author Message   Hubbsj Tinkerer Username: Hubbsj Post Number: 1 Registered: 08-2011 Rating: N/A Votes: 0 Posted on Wednesday, August 31, 2011 - 12:47 pm:    I have not used this lens for quite some time.  I just noticed on what looks like the inside of the front element something that looks like a crystalline growth reaching out from the edges. It almost looks like very thin ice has formed on the surface of a window. Anyone have any idea what this might be?
