So here we go.

You need to get the top off to start. The shutter release button is unscrewed with a small rubber stopper. If the rubber does not work, try a sharp tweezers and grip at the edges to unscrew. Any little marks can be sanded off later. The top of the wind lever also unscrews with a larger rubber stopper but it unscrews clockwise. It's a left hand thread. The small black metal ring around the remote shutter release connection on the back of the camera at the top under the wind lever is also unscrewed with a small rubber stopper.

The rest is obvious and easy.

When you get that done come back for the next step. If you go on without the next step here, you will be on your own. Patience is not a virtue; it's required.
