There is a plastic plug at the top and bottom of the hinge. Pull these out with a pair of pliers and then you can use a skinny punch (like a tiny nail) to push or drive out the hinge pin -- a drop or two of oil will help things along.

If you are careful you can reuse the plastic plugs.
