Ok, leave the camera face down like you have it, get a can of WD-40, do not spray WD-40 into the camera, spray some WD-40 into a disposable little cap/cup then get something like an eyedropper and apply about half a drop of WD-40 to that silver thing in the lower left. Let it soak an hour. Remove the excess WD-40. Try shooting it.

If that doesn't work, then you have to open it from the front a see if the hair pin spring has sprung off or if rust is preventing the shutter from spinning.
