Second thought: syringe with white glue through the back of the bellows and hold, by hand, in correct fold position until the glue sets (about 30 minutes) being sure to insert the syringe at a steep angle so as not to go all the way through thus puncturing the outer side of the bellows. And clean the haze off your lens.
