The lens unscrews from the front, while the Prontor shutter is covered here: http://pheugo.com/cameras/index.php?page=prontor I bought a set of Wiha Picodrive screwdrivers, which were well worth the cost. The awkward bit was unscrewing the lens retaining ring - I made a bodge tool which I'm not sure I should describe here, if you can get hold of a proper lens spanner then do it.
