I'm pretty handy with a screwdriver but I've never fiddled with a camera's insides before so I'm in need of some advice. I'm following this set of instructions for disassembly, but embarrassingly I'm stuck at "Unscrew the lens". Exactly what bit am I unscrewing there, where should I grip it? I'm wary of applying too much force to the wrong thing and damaging the camera beyond even the most advanced repair skills.
