I don't believe you'll have to pull the entire shutter out of the camera. There are six small screws that hold the focussing ring onto the lens. The three on the outside surface of the ring hold the ring onto a groove. The three on the front surface are for rangefinder fine tuning. Remove the ring, and unscrew the lens. Clean the threads, regrease with synthetic grease, and screw back in. Put the camera on a tripod, and with the shutter open, aim the camera at a distant target. Using a focussing screen, set for infinity. Reclamp the focussing ring at infinity.
