alright, i've tried to fix a pentax k1000's asa dial. it wasn't moving (the shutter speed dial does tuen and raise up). so, i unscrewed it, took out a couple pieces of sand, and expected the best. nope. no go. so, what to do now? well, i have another K1000, so i thought, let's do an uncontaminated sample test and unscrew a perfectly good one...you know, seeing if i can put it back together. well, i took it apart, put it back together (lining up the tabs and such), and does it work? NO! now i have not one but two K1000's with no asa adjustment! live and learn! so tell me, what am i doing wrong in my re-assembly!!! please help! -paul-
