Hello all, I came across this site while searching for data / sourses for my Rolleiflex. Plastics such as polypropylene used for food containers, asborb moisture. So I'm not sure you are improving the storage condition compared to leather (obviously silica type desiccants are a worthwhile addition to any storage). I can't give a comparison about how much the plastics absorb compared to leather, but I just wanted to let you know. Kind regards, Andrew |
