Hello All,

I have an F2 that had multiple problems. First curtain stuck, shutter timing issues, battery corrosion issues. Also while I have heard that you can hammer nails with an F2, apparently someone actually tried that! Anyway, you name it...

I have worked through most of the problems however there is one that is giving me fits. When the mirror flips up, it does not go all the way up where the foam seal used to be ;-).

I have the maintenance manual for the F2 and the F but can't see any reference to an adjustment for where the mirror should stop.

Any ideas?

Well I think I'm out of the woods on the mirror issue.

Still a couple other issues though. Good news is that the meter in the DP-1 finder appears work. Have not checked for accuracy yet though.
