After years of hearing about titanium used in focal plane shutters, etc., I have come up with my own replacement shutter curtains: the Reynold's Wrap aluminum foil shutter curtain. A world first. Cutting edge kitchen tabletop repair technology. Patent pending. Licensing available. Franchising in progress. :-)

Wonder what this would do to the metering of an off-the-film camera such as the OM series or the Mamiya Pro TTL?
Shiny side out or dull side?

This sounds strangely like the time I used a Tyvek envelope for shutter curtain fabric. It worked for about 25 times...until it began changing dimension. Figured it would be fine for a disposable camera, though.
