Looking for repair information on Vivitar 250 SL.
Old screw mount SLR from 70's. Almost the same as Vivitar 220 SL, and looks like description of Cosina Hi-Lite DL (from manual pictures and description. Looking for schematics and other repair tips/experiences. Thanks in advance. |

It may be worth getting hold of a copy of 'How to Repair Your Own 35mm Camera', by Lanny & Vicki Cermak. While it is a general repair book, most of the pictures and about half of the text relate to the Vivitar 220, so it should be useful. I got my copy for the princely sum of $3 off an internet S/H book supplier. |
