Hi, Guys, I'm new here. I've a Ricoh 500G which its rangefinder (focus) needs to adjusted. I read some forum posts mentioned that there's an adjusting screw for horizontal adjustment. I can't out where it is, and how to adjust it. Hope someone can help me. Thanks a lot |

ok, I managed to find the screw and adjusted the rangefinder. There's a tiny screw inside in a screwed hole (located in the film compartment, above the film rail & right below the viewfinder). Remove that visible screw, set the focus ring to infinity and then view thru the viewfinder to an far object (big building), use a tiny screwdriver (-) to turn the tiny screw inside until the coupled images matched. |
