I recently inherited my grandfathers camera, a 1940 Zeiss Ikon Super Ikonta 533/16, however the light meter on the top doesn't work. Could anyone point me in the direction of a specialist shop where I can either buy the bits or get it repaired? I live in Wolverhampton, but I am moving to Loughborough, Leicestershire so if there are any shops in those areas that would be great. Also if there are any repair manuals anywhere that would be useful! Thanks in advance. |

I have heard that if you clean the electrical contact points of the cell and resolder it will often work again. |
