The door on the back panel will not hold shut. It appears that the fastening tab that holds the door shut has it's tab broken off. I removed the 2 screws to the panel and it appears this piece can be easily replaced. Are their vendors out their that sell replacement parts for this type of repair.
Any place that does Canon warranty work should have the part. Many places that say they do warranty work actually send it out. You'll need to find a real repair shop.
