Hi,
I have an Argus digital camera model DC 3810 and the battery cover is stuck. I bought this camera about 3 months back, so hopefully there should be some warranty. I thought I will check if anyone knows how to open it.

Even tried sending an email to Argus. So far no replies. If anyone bought this late last year, can you please check the warranty and let me know. Thanks. |

Hi Brian,
Don't know whereabouts you are, but is there an equivalent to the UK's Sale of Goods Act or Fitness for Purpose Act whereby you can go back to the shop where you bought it and say "Please open it for me or, if you can't, please replace it because it can't be used like this".

i HAVE A DC3810 THAT ALL THE TABS HOLDING THE BATTERY COVER CLOSED HAVE BROKEN. i AM LOOKING FOR REPAIR OPTIONS. |
