Hello, i've had this imposing one-kilo camera, which i thought inoperable, for more than a year now. Last week i found a 135 mm lens of the correct mount (apparently only shared with cousin kiev-15). While fiddling with both i found that the only affected mechanism seems to be the focal plane blade-type shutter: although it goes through apparently correct motions, one of the fan-type blades rests in the film chamber (someone gave up before, it seems). Naturally, light always passes through.
If anyone has done this before, or know about this mechanism, i would appreciate comments before braving into uncharted territory. Thanks in advance.
