Hallo together, ich bought a used Lunasix 3. It works well, but the film-speed setting disc seems a bit loose. You have to press it, to set the film-speed. How can I dismount it? I suppose that the knob in the middel of the film-speed setting disc is a screw, but I don't know whether I have to turn it to the left or right to loosen it. Be regards Coachman |

The large headed screw in the centre of the dial is removed anti-clockwise. You can try to turn it with a small rubber tap washer glued to a piece of 1'' dowel. However, I carefully pry out the blue alloy centre disc with a a needle (just glued in) and then using a pin vice and a 1mm drill, drill two holes to take a pin wrench. From memory you should find a spring steel wave washer under dial discs. If you search the 'Photography' section of the manufacturer's website - //www.gossen-photo.de/english/foto_sammler.html You will find an order request section that allows you to order small parts at no charge. They will supply the blue centre disc, the back alloy data-plate (always gets bent when you remove to open up the meter case) and battery compartment doors etc. This service covers all Lunasix meters with Black plastic cases, not the earlier grey cased versions. The site also provides downloads of all the instruction manuals for their lightmeters. |
