I am trying to take the top off of an S2, but after taking out the set screw on the shutter speed selector, I can't seem to get the rest of it off. Any help would be appreciated. |

I've never worked on the S2, but on the S the dial unscrews counterclockwise after removing the set screw. |

Thanks Rick, I've tried that and I still can't seem to get anywhere. It feels like it's going to break if I put much pressure on it. I'll try my Jedi powers |

No need for Jedi tricks, just got it off by turning it as suggested. Thanks for the help! |

As any good camera tinkerer worth their salt would say to another, may the force be with you! |
